Shipping & Returns
When you initiate checkout and enter your full address, all available shipping options will appear. Please note that only USPS (Mail) will deliver to a PO Box.
Orders of in stock merchandise will ship Monday-Friday generally within 1-2 days. Most orders ship in less than 24 hours. The shipping time stated at checkout does not include the time required to process and prepare your order.
Shop Lambda Legal ships to anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Military/Diplomatic addresses around the world. If shipping to a work address, please be sure to include your company name.
Shop Lambda Legal's return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. To complete your return, we require your order number or packing slip as proof of purchase. To initiate a return please contact email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for any returned item(s) lost or stolen while in transit to us. We recommend all returned items be sent by a service that includes tracking. If you are shipping a high value item, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance. If you have questions about a return or exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note shipping is not refundable unless the product arrived to you damaged or the incorrect product was sent to you. We will pay the return shipping if the error was ours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In some cases a refund may be delayed from posting to your account by your financial institution. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit/debit card statement again. Then contact your financial institution. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our address listed above.
